New self-help group:
Life and hope after loss
The loss of a child to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) is unimaginable and leaves a deep wound in the heart. In this support group, bereaved parents have the opportunity to share their experiences and talk about their feelings. How do you cope with grief? What rituals help process the loss? How do you manage to move forward in everyday life?
The group is for mothers and fathers who have lost their child to SIDS in infancy or younger.
The first meeting will take place on February 14, 2025, from 4-6 pm.
