Emergency medical care

Anyone who is homeless or at risk of homelessness and has health problems receives emergency medical care from us. Medical consultations with treatment by a doctor are held at both Café Papagei and frauenzimmer.

Simple problems such as wound care, dressing changes, and acute infectious diseases are diagnosed and treated on-site. For more serious illnesses, further care is arranged. Information is also provided about other medical services available to homeless people. Furthermore, with a referral from emergency medical services, temporary admission to the infirmary at Haus Herdentor can be arranged.

Prior registration for the medical consultation is not required. This service is also available to people without health insurance.
