Every Thursday we invite you to our milk café. There you can chat with other mothers in a relaxed atmosphere.
In addition to questions about breastfeeding and bottle-feeding, the group also covers related topics such as baby sleep, introducing solids, and babywearing (using a sling or carrier). Experience has shown that groups like this are a great help to mothers, as they can benefit from the experiences of other mothers. There's also the opportunity to make new connections. A pediatric nurse and/or lactation consultant will be available to answer your questions during the sessions.
All mothers and babies are invited, regardless of whether they were born at St. Joseph's Hospital or elsewhere, and regardless of whether they are 4 weeks, 4 months, or older. Mothers who are not breastfeeding and expectant mothers are also warmly welcome.

Registration is not required.
Please bring a towel or blanket for your baby!
