Before returning to everyday life, it's necessary to organize who will provide assistance and support afterward. Family members aren't always able to do this. That's why, in many cases, we begin preparing for optimal post-hospital care as soon as a patient is admitted.

At all our locations, our social services department provides personal support to ease your transition after your hospital stay and to address any questions or problems promptly. Our social workers focus on addressing patients' current personal and social issues related to their illness and developing solutions.

The social services department assists patients with questions regarding cost coverage and coordinates contact with authorities and insurance providers to ensure optimal support after discharge from the hospital. If you wish to contact the social services department, you can speak to the nursing staff at any time during your hospital stay.
