Open advice for single homeless people or people at risk of homelessness

Social counseling is an open service for single people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. At our counseling center, you will receive support in overcoming social difficulties.
The aim of our service is to support those seeking advice in improving their life situation in the long term. We can assist you with, among other things:
- Clarification of current support needs
- Application for and enforcement of benefit claims, e.g. at the social services office, job center, pension insurance, etc.
- Application for one-off grants, e.g. for initial apartment furnishings
- (Re-)procurement of documents, e.g. birth certificate, identity card;
processing of mail and official matters - Advice and referral to outpatient and inpatient support services
- Advice on finding accommodation
- Individual consultation and support planning
In a joint appointment, we will take the time to understand your personal circumstances and work with you to find suitable support options. We will advise you on the services offered by homeless assistance programs:
- Intensive Supported Living (IBEWO)
- Outreach support
- Adelenstift
- Haus Isenberg
and refer you to external counselling centers as needed.
