I support couples in strengthening their relationship – especially during the challenging time of parenthood. My work focuses on recurring conflicts, communication problems, emotional distance, mental load, differing needs, and providing support after breaches of trust or affairs.
My work is based on an integrative-systemic approach. Together, we develop a better understanding of the dynamics of your relationship and work out concrete ways to act together instead of against each other.
The counseling service is aimed at couples in all stages of family life. Sessions are available both in person in Bremen and online. Appointments can be arranged at short notice, depending on availability.
