We want to support you as expectant mothers and future parents in preparing in the best possible way for the birth of your child.

It is important to us to alleviate your fear of childbirth and gently prepare you for this momentous event. You will receive a comprehensive overview of the birth process: when to go to the hospital, what to bring, and what needs to be organized beforehand. Every part of the birth will be discussed in detail, and you will both receive a wealth of exercises you can use during labor. These include breathing techniques, birthing positions, and massage.

An important aspect is the support of the birth partner – what is possible, what form can this support take, and where are the limits? The topic of childbirth is complemented by the topics of medication and cesarean section: What happens if the baby needs help? Regarding the postpartum period, the time after birth, we will explore the baby's signals: How does it try to connect with its parents? Feeding and handling the baby is another important component, as is the question of what a new family can expect in the first few weeks.
