This course is for couples who would like to take a weekend course. The course includes information about childbirth, pregnancy, and the first few weeks at home.
The course covers birth-enhancing positions and breathing techniques, as well as supportive measures for the partner. It lasts two days.
The course fee for the woman will be billed directly to her health insurance company by the course instructor. Those with private insurance will receive an invoice. Partners will receive a certificate of participation after the course, which they can submit to their health insurance company for reimbursement.
