For the Rostocker Straße neighborhood meeting place in the lively heart of Gröpelingen, WaBeQ is looking for a person to start on November 1st who will work together with the residents to develop and implement programs that bring the people of the neighborhood together.

Your main responsibilities
- They are sustainably developing the existing structures in the neighborhood meeting place with regard to cultural offerings, integration and the topic of "housing".
- They develop cross-institutional concepts for cultural education and participation for the residents of the neighborhood.
- They create a diverse event schedule with the participation of various partners.
- They develop measures to promote the engagement of the residents and support the so-called residents' advisory board (volunteers).
- You are an active network partner of all stakeholders in Bremen West.
What you bring with you
- University degree or equivalent vocational training with professional experience
- Experience in cultural and project work, in collaborating with freelancers and volunteers, and in building and maintaining networks
- Creativity, openness to different cultures, enjoyment of working with people
- Proof of measles vaccination (§ 20 para. 9 IfSG) and extended certificate of good conduct (§ 30a BZRG)

This position is initially offered on a temporary basis as maternity/parental leave cover. Any extensions will be communicated to you in due course.
