Digital Impact Lab

An interface between experts and interested parties, and a space for exchange, reflection, and collaborative development in the context of the digitalization of our lives. The goal is to impart relevant future skills to young people, teachers, employers, companies, and all interested individuals.

The Digital Impact Lab is a learning and development center for digital, social, and cultural innovation in Bremen. It connects schools, academia, culture, business, and the city's community, creating spaces for exchange, reflection, and collaborative design in the context of digital transformation.

The program is aimed particularly at young people, as well as school classes, working groups, trainees, and multipliers. Professionals can utilize or develop practical workshops, project formats, and non-formal education events in collaboration with the Digital Impact Lab. Key topics include artificial intelligence (AI), media literacy, coding, 3D printing, digital design, social media, and societal issues of the future.

As part of the Startchancen program, the Digital Impact Lab supports schools in setting up and operating a school-integrated Digital Impact Lab. This creative digital learning space offers non-formal educational opportunities that strengthen basic skills and simultaneously promote the personal development of students: School – Digital Impact Lab
