Advice for educational professionals
Our advisory services are aimed at all educational professionals who, in their professional context, are confronted with right-wing extremist families and/or their children and the various problems arising from this.
This could include, for example, employees of independent child and youth welfare organizations, professionals in youth welfare offices, schools or daycare centers who notice problematic or conspicuous behavior in parents and/or children and would like to address this issue.
- "In my daycare group, parents have told me that all these multicultural books only confuse children and make them sick. They're now demanding that we replace all the books with supposedly better ones. What can I do about it?"
- “No case manager wants to visit this particular family because the parents are openly right-wing extremist and aggressive. But how do we protect the children?”
- “One child always comes to class dressed too lightly. Last week, they started drawing swastikas. How can we, as a staff, deal with this?”
How we advise:
The location, duration and scope of the consultation depend on the needs and requirements of the person seeking advice and range from one-off conversations to long-term support processes.
We offer systemic, solution-oriented consulting: situations are assessed together, and clients learn to recognize their limitations and resources. The aim is to strengthen their ability to act through self-help.
Our consultations take place live in our offices in Bremen or as a video-based online format. We also refer you to our competent network and cooperation partners throughout Germany who can advise you in person at your location.
We offer free, straightforward, confidential, and, if desired, anonymous consultations. Our staff are qualified, and our work is geared towards the long term.
