Confidently conducting challenging conversations with parents – shaping the dialogue

Parents are essential. They know and experience their child and are valuable partners for educators in supporting children in their educational and developmental processes.

Are you an early childhood educator who sees parents and guardians as partners in the child's upbringing? Do you still find it difficult to initiate and facilitate conversations that allow everyone to find common ground? This professional development course explores the reasons, dynamics, attitudes, and strategies that influence the success of such conversations. Practical application, reflection, and peer exchange form the foundation of the course. We begin with two days of intensive engagement, addressing your specific challenges and providing both theoretical and practical support. A third day of training follows at a later date, giving you the opportunity to test your newly acquired skills and reflect on your experiences.
