The training offers two formats:

• Pedagogical competence in child and youth welfare (compact training):
  All building blocks and their modules are completed in the prescribed sequence within a fixed group context.
• Pedagogical competence in child and youth welfare (Flex):
  Modules 1-3 can be freely selected and booked. A break in time between the individual modules is possible.
