to help people with disabilities maintain their health and independence?
Various projects will be presented at this event.

The projects demonstrate
how this can help people stay healthy.

participation, living in one's own community, and leisure activities.
They also explore
how people with disabilities can have a say and participate in these matters.
The programs are designed to take place
where people live and work.
The presentations are in plain language.
