More and more employees are taking on the care of family members and close relatives, and their numbers are expected to increase further in the future. How can companies respond to this and adapt their work-life balance strategies to include family caregiving?

The LABEW+ Work and Family Service Center and the Friedehorst Vocational Training Center have jointly conducted a qualification course for workplace care coordinators. We cordially invite you to the public closing event to discuss this topic and highlight successful approaches.
