The S-Team West consists of social workers and people who work in social counseling, who come from many different fields and advise on a wide variety of social issues.
Furthermore, it offers a platform for networking, exchange, cooperation, and mutual support among social workers. This provides opportunities for contact across different topics and departments. In particular, it aims to provide an overview of the diverse range of services available and to enable users to get to know the services and the people behind them.
The meetings take place four times a year.
The network is not centrally controlled but operates on a rotating system. However, the following people can be contacted:

The S-Team offers social workers and social advisors from Bremen West the opportunity to network. Therefore, there are areas of overlap, but no official collaborations.
