The specialist advisors are available to all employees at KiTa Bremen and provide guidance on pedagogical issues, conceptual topics, child protection, early intervention, and the further development of services at the children's and family centers. The advisors visit the children's and family centers for observation and reflection sessions and offer (team) training and support for pedagogical projects and processes.
