As a women's representative in a workshop or residential facility, you support other women in their daily lives and represent their interests. This training will empower you to perform your duties competently, confidently, and with self-assurance.
If you work as a women's representative in a workshop for people with disabilities (WfbM) or in a residential facility, a clear and confident demeanor is particularly important. Our training will help you reflect on your role, expand your options for action, and develop ways to effectively support women in your facility.
If you are new to your role as women's representative, we recommend the complete training course. It includes a two-day introductory session, a five-day intensive week, and a two-day concluding session. If you have been working in this role for some time, you can also book the intensive week separately to refresh your knowledge and skills.
