Qualification as a foster family in a 5-day training course
The non-profit organization Pflegekinder in Bremen (PiB) is Bremen's specialist service for foster care and child day care. PiB has been providing its services under a cooperation agreement with the City of Bremen since 2002. PiB seeks individuals to provide full-time foster care for children who cannot live with their parents, either for a short or long period. Interested individuals receive training at PiB's own training center and are supported by expert advisors throughout the foster care placement.
