Neighborhood development

Your first point of contact for all questions regarding neighborhood development, projects, funding, and events are always the neighborhood managers directly on site. They are employed by the Office for Social Services and assigned to the social centers. Their offices are located in the neighborhood centers or other central locations within the WiN areas.

For the areas receiving funding under the state program "Lively Neighborhoods," special neighborhood coordinators have been appointed. These coordinators are employees of independent organizations who have been commissioned by the Senator for Labor, Social Affairs, Youth and Integration to provide neighborhood support for the LLQ areas.

Lüssum-Bockhorn

The neighborhood management office is located in the House of the Future – a multi-generational center in the Lüssum Heath, right in the heart of the priority area. The center is well-frequented, offering a wide range of activities for residents of all ages, and serves as the first point of contact for interested project sponsors who want to develop initiatives for the neighborhood within the framework of current funding programs.
