Bremen Local Branch Office

The Bremen local branch is one of the largest local branches of the Bremen-Verden regional association. Accordingly, the services, facilities, and offerings in the Hanseatic city are very diverse.

The Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe eV in the local branch Bremen-Verden has various service areas such as the ambulance service, emergency call service in Bremen, patient transfer, Johanniter everyday assistance and training and further education in first aid, including for learner drivers and company first aiders as well as voluntary services (FSJ and Bufdi) and the nursing service.

Our high-performing medical service provides medical coverage for both small and large events. Anyone who has ever felt an interest in taking responsibility for others can also volunteer with us.

The Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe (Johanniter Accident Assistance) is the largest branch of the Protestant Order of St. John and one of Germany's largest social service providers. Our volunteers are active wherever help is needed, demonstrating the capabilities of a high-performing aid organization. Our facilities in the Bremen-Verden regional association include senior citizens' homes, assisted living facilities, community centers, daycare centers, nurseries and after-school programs, as well as refugee shelters.

Our locations in the regional association are in Bremen, Bremerhaven, Cuxhaven, Verden, Visselhövede and Stade.
