For new paths into the future

Sometimes things just don't go smoothly for children and young people. Then they need a reliable partner by their side: Whether in difficult social or emotional situations – as a non-profit organization for independent youth services in Bremen, we accompany young people and families with children for a while on their journey.

Tailored to specific life circumstances, our services include outpatient support, residential youth facilities, and various ongoing projects. We always take a resource-oriented approach, considering the cultural background of the families, and place great emphasis on effective collaboration based on voluntary participation and mutual trust. Together, we seek solutions that bring about positive change for everyone involved. We see ourselves as a bridge between young people, their families of origin, and society – so that life can get back on track!
