Fair exchange is twofold:
a) A swapshopwhere goods are exchanged for points, and then points are exchanged for goods.
b) A barternetworkwhere points can be "earned" through neighborly assistance/services. These points can then be redeemed for goods. We are connected to all other barter networks in Germany.
As a member you can:
– Deliver and collect goods (euro-free) – Offer services and utilize neighborhood assistance – Browse and order online – Log in and manage your points and offers – Connect with others – Support a great project
Exchanging items in the swap shop is…
* Sustainable – we donate items that are still in good condition instead of buying new ones.
* Community-oriented – you can get to know other members over coffee and a chat.
* Local – most members and goods come from Findorff or the surrounding area and haven't traveled long distances.
* Environmentally friendly – we don't usually ship by post. You can order online and then pick up your items in the next few days, for example by bicycle.
