Counselling services and early intervention

In our early intervention center, we offer a wide range of support and advice services.

We are here for you if you have questions about your child's development and if your child needs early intervention and medical-therapeutic support.

We offer our comprehensive range of services, all professionally coordinated and provided from a single source. Our services include:

If parents have questions or their children need support regarding their mental, physical, linguistic, emotional and social development, they can come to the early intervention center.

This applies, for example, to (former) premature babies with developmental risks, to children with developmental delays or disabilities, to children with behavioral peculiarities and/or learning problems, to children with problems in the area of ​​sensory perception and to children with mental problems.

One of the services offered by our interdisciplinary early intervention centers is the so-called open consultation for parents who suspect that their child has a developmental risk.

This consultation is available to parents without a referral and is free of charge. The aim is to professionally describe the parents' concerns and their child's potential needs, and to advise on available support and assistance options in Bremen.

We offer consultation at various locations throughout Bremen: at the location of the early intervention center and in its branches; as part of your child's home-based early intervention program, as well as early intervention programs in crèches and kindergartens that collaborate with the early intervention center of the Bremen Protestant Church.
