Young self-help | you + me = we |

Self-help is also for young people! The services offered by youth self-help groups are specifically aimed at people between 18 and 35 years old.

In a self-help group, you have the opportunity to talk to peers about the issues that are on your mind. Problems or difficult diagnoses – share your experiences with others about what feels overwhelming on your own! Every experience is equally important, whether you are personally affected or a family member.

What exactly is self-help?

In a self-help group, you have the opportunity to talk to others affected by the issues that concern you. Whether it's mental health problems, addiction, a chronic illness, or an eating disorder – talking and sharing about it helps! In the self-help group, you'll find understanding and support. Every experience is equally important, regardless of whether you are personally affected or a family member.

Still haven't found the right self-help group?

Of course, we're happy to support you in starting a new self-help group. How about using theater, for example, to explore the topic of depression/anxiety together? We can discuss the initial steps together. If desired, we can also facilitate the meetings of the new group during the initial phase. Afterwards, we'll continue to be available to answer any questions you may have.

We currently have groups planned on the following topics:

  • Eating disorder
  • Gambling addiction
