Courses for children between 5 and 12 years old

In my "Lionhearted Kids" courses, children between 5 and 12 years old are playfully empowered for life through humor and movement. In these courses, I equip the kids with age-appropriate tools to help them navigate life with empathy, respect, ease, and strength.

Course offerings

• Lion-Strong Kids – Basic Course (6-10 year olds):
  four course hours // €59 per child incl. 20 min. parent information
• Ready for School – Basic Course (for “preschool kids” / starting school in 2025):
  four course hours // €59 per child incl. 20 min. parent information
• Strong Lions – Advanced Course (6-12 year old kids):
  four course hours // €59 per child incl. 20 min. parent information
• Strong Girls – Advanced Course (girls aged 9–12):
  four lessons // €59 per child

Course objectives:

• Activate your own protective shield and let bullying bounce off you
• Dealing with conflicts and challenges non-violently
• Tolerate differing opinions and remain calm and relaxed in the face of insults
• To define one's own boundaries and stand up for them
• leaving one's comfort zone to achieve goals
• Setting the course for more empathy and respect among each other and within the family
• Learning to assess risks

A course comprises four class hours, which are either spread over four or two days.

Kindergarten and primary school courses / closed courses
