From daily personal hygiene and wound care to injections, medication administration, and dementia care – we provide assistance to help those affected remain independent for as long as possible. The PflegePraxis project is aimed at institutions: True to the motto "from practice for practice," the principles of good practice are both implemented and taught within the organization itself. A consulting team of nursing scientists and practitioners trains and advises colleagues from other outpatient care services, senior citizens' homes, and facilities for people with disabilities.
