What we do
Those who come to us are taken seriously in their desire to know and enforce their legal rights. Our advice and assistance are always intended to empower you to help yourself and aim to strengthen your own potential. We are focused on your interests, listen carefully, and explain the facts to you.
Knowing your legal rights and helping you enforce them is one aspect of our work. But that alone isn't enough. Our work takes your entire life situation into account. Therefore, we can also be a point of contact if you have more than one problem to solve
We stabilize, motivate, and support you in your efforts to find employment, as well as in asserting your interests and rights as a job seeker and/or recipient of social benefits at the subsistence level. We also provide information on other support and counselling services.
In debt and insolvency counseling, we operate as one of approximately 11 providers under a service agreement with the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, funded on a fee-for-service basis according to individual case billing and exclusively by appointment. Unemployment and social welfare law counseling is primarily offered as walk-in consultations, without appointments, during the stated opening hours.
