Especially for young parents, balancing family and career is often challenging, particularly given the strained childcare situation in daycare centers and schools. Work & Play is an initiative designed to address this problem and offer a solution for both employees and employers.

What makes this concept special: In addition to workspaces, work & play offers flexible childcare to address short-term childcare shortages. The service is equally suitable for freelancers, start-ups, and companies that want to support childcare within their organizations.

All membership plans allow you to book a coworking space and, if needed, additional childcare. To make a booking, first select a plan via the booking system and register as a member. From the start of your membership, you can then access the booking calendar and book coworking and childcare hours during available times.

Would you like to get a feel for work & play before deciding on a plan? We understand! Every Wednesday between 10:00 and 12:00 you are welcome to drop by – with your child/children – and get to know our facilities.

Coworking

Coworking in a community of people in similar life situations – work & play offers six coworking spaces in an open space that can be booked either on a short-term and flexible basis or on a long-term basis and just for you personally.

You have a choice of different plans. All membership plans allow you to book a coworking space and, if needed, additional childcare. The plans differ in whether they already include childcare allowances and whether you book a flexible or fixed workspace. All membership plans can be canceled, paused, or changed monthly.

Drop-in passes allow you to book flexibly without a membership, but without childcare. They're ideal for anyone who simply wants to use the coworking space and all its benefits. Depending on the pass, you can book a flex desk for half a day, a full day, or a month.

Booking takes place in two simple steps:

• You choose the tariff that suits you best and register as a member – it's very quick and you're already part of the work & play community.
• You go to the booking calendar and book coworking and/or childcare hours during the available times. You can either book just a coworking space or the combination of coworking and childcare.
• In addition to workspaces, optional childcare and a community, at work & play you get free Wi-Fi, unlimited coffee, a fully equipped kitchenette for shared use and the possibility to use a meeting room by arrangement.
