Since mid-May 2026, on-site support has been available for all digital services offered by the Bremen Job Center. Digital guides are available without an appointment to assist with registration and setup of jobcenter.digital and the Job Center app, and to answer questions about the app and jobcenter.digital.
The Digi-Lots:innen can be found from Monday to Friday mornings between 8:30 and 12:00 in the entrance areas of the Jobcenter offices in North, East I, East II, South, West and Central (Offices & Opening Hours | Jobcenter Bremen) as well as in the two youth employment agencies (Advice for young people up to 25 | Jobcenter Bremen).
How can the Digi-Lotsinnen help you?
- Registration and setup of jobcenter.digital and the Jobcenter app
- Answers to all questions about the Jobcenter app and jobcenter.digital
- Support with setting up multi-factor authentication (MFA) such as TOTP, BA Secure, Passkey or BundID
- Support in using digital options (e.g. new application, renewal application (WBA), notifying changes, uploading documents)
- Advice on using the online appointment booking system (OTV)
