This course is suitable for babies from 6 weeks to 5 months after birth.
You will learn Indian baby massage. In many countries, babies are traditionally massaged. Babies enjoy being touched, and you will relax along with them. The massage promotes healthy development, strengthens the immune system, supports healthy digestion, and has a balancing effect.
Both parents can participate in this course with their babies, taking turns (one parent with baby per course session).
