The Bremen home visits are a free service for senior citizens living at home in the city of Bremen. A trained visitor will assist you with any questions you may have about aging in Bremen. All Bremen residents are contacted on their 80th birthday and receive a personal consultation, if desired, directly in their own living room. Even those who are not celebrating a milestone birthday but would like a home visit are welcome to contact us.

- Information on everyday support: You'll receive tips on how to feel even more comfortable in your home and can discuss any questions you may have about topics such as leisure, health, finances, housing, and safety. Openly, confidentially, and with plenty of time.
