Free offer for senior citizens in Bremen
The Bremen home visits are a free service for older people living at home in the city of Bremen. A trained visitor will support you with any questions you may have about aging in Bremen.
All Bremen residents will receive a letter on their 80th birthday and will be offered a personal consultation, if desired, directly in their own living room. Anyone not celebrating a milestone birthday who would like a home visit is also welcome to get in touch.
