Clearing Point – Sans Papiers

The Clearing Point for Undocumented Migrants is a free advisory service for people residing in Bremen without valid residence permits. The project is part of the Center for School and Career (ZSB), which belongs to the German Red Cross Bremen branch.

Please feel free to contact us if:

• If you live in Bremen and do not have valid residence permits,
• You do not have any pending asylum or immigration proceedings,
• You do not receive any government benefits.

We do this for you:

• We will support you in an anonymous consultation to help you assess your legal situation
• We will check whether you are eligible for official residency
• We can advise and assist you, if necessary, with your application for an official residence permit (tolerated stay or residence permit).

Everything you tell us during the consultation will be treated confidentially and remain anonymous.

The consultation will take place in the Lagerhaus cultural center in the district.
