Family support services

Families with a child or adult with a disability need support and help in their daily lives.

Family support services relieve the burden on families caring for their relatives. The service can be arranged regularly or as a one-off, by the hour and at any time of day, according to the family's wishes.

We provide individualized support for leisure activities or organize in-home care. This frees up time for family caregivers. Children, teenagers, and adults with disabilities can gain diverse experiences through this support.

Whether to the playground or the sports club, comfortably at home or out and about in the city – you decide what you would like someone to accompany you on.

Some of the costs may be covered by your long-term care insurance. We are happy to assist you with the application process.

In addition to individual support, Lebenshilfe also organizes regular leisure activities for children and young people, for example, project weeks during school holidays. We also offer a variety of holiday trips and excursions for adults, children, and young people through Lebenshilfe Tours Bremen.
