Mondays from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
Location: Bürgerzentrum Berliner Freiheit

They have questions as a family, for example:

• I have an appointment at the youth welfare office. How can they help me?
• We live separately. How can I see my child more often?
• My child isn't going to school. How do I deal with this?
• We don't have enough money. What can I do?
• We are being evicted from our apartment. Where can I find help?

We are family educators and first point of contact.

Our consultation is

• free, anonymous and confidential
• open to all
• multilingual
