Bad weather? No problem! The winter playground is back! From November to March, the free indoor playground opens with many activities for children up to 9 years old to play, romp around, do crafts, dance and get creative.
The community center opens its doors during the colder months and offers a diverse program of games, activities, and crafts for families with children once a month. To combat winter boredom, the center's rooms feature indoor curling and pedal boats, as well as a variety of group games. There is also a toddler area with cozy play areas, crawl tunnels, and a reading and play corner.
Dates: every Sunday, November 8th, December 6th, January 10th, February 14th & March 14th, from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM
For children aged 4 and up, there's also a rotating selection of creative activities, ranging from upcycling and encaustic painting to mosaics. With so much fun, refreshments are a must. The community center café-bistro will also be open, offering crêpes, cakes, hot chocolate, and much more at reasonable prices.
No registration required. Admission is free. A project funded by WiN.
