Registering for a daycare center can be complicated. Everything will be explained calmly and in simple language.

Here you can get support:

• during registration via the daycare portal
• when filling out the application
• For questions about children's ID
• and for all other matters relating to the daycare center

This service is available to all parents. We especially support families who have not been in Germany for very long, who speak little German, who are not yet familiar with the daycare system, or who are unsure how to use the daycare portal.
We take the time to listen and explain everything clearly.
