Grief Café Lichtblick

Café Lichtblick is for people who have lost a partner or loved one. Here you can connect with others with whom you can talk about your grief, people who understand and empathize because they have experienced something similar.

It is an open meeting place for people who are looking for alternative ways to cope with their grief.

All feelings are allowed here: lament, fear, anger, all have their place in this safe space, just like gratitude, joy, and visions of the future. The bereavement café can be a source of strength.

Coffee, tea, and cake are available. The service is free.
