Bremen University of Applied Sciences is seeking to fill a position as a Research Assistant (m/f/d) in the dual study program Social Work, starting as soon as possible. The position is part-time (19.6 hours per week) and is limited to a term of four years. (Reference number FK3-7-2026, pay grade 13 TV-L*)

Area of responsibility:
They support the dual study program in Social Work in the following areas:
- Maintaining contact with cooperation partners in the planning and implementation of the introductory and final phases of the individual year groups
- Supporting instructors in the planning, implementation, examination administration and evaluation of the theory-practice modules
- Networking with the students' guides and regular internship placements, support with questions about tasks, content and design of the training phases
- Support and participation in the training courses for practical instructors, participation in public relations, and participation in the conceptual and content-related further development of the study program
- Supporting the program management in the organization and execution of the meetings of the study commission, steering group and advisory board meetings of the program
profile:
They bring with them
- They have completed a university degree (Master's / university diploma) in the field of social work with state recognition.
- They bring several years of practical experience and knowledge in the fields of social work.
- They are familiar with the theoretical and methodological foundations of social work.
- They have very good German skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level), and MS Office skills.
- Your profile is rounded off by strong communication and social skills, excellent written and verbal expression, and conceptual competence.
