Expert advice on sexuality, pregnancy and relationships
The staff of the pro familia counselling center Bremen-North provide expert information and advice on the following topics:
- Sexuality & Partnership
- Sex education & sexual education
- Family planning / Abortion
- Pregnancy & Starting a Family
Whether you need information about pregnancy and childbirth, have questions about personal family planning (e.g., contraception), unwanted pregnancy, or sexual and relationship problems – the staff will take their time and provide support with questions and problems in a calm and confidential atmosphere.
The services are aimed at young people and adults, couples and families – regardless of age, sexual orientation/identity, ethnic origin, or religious background. Individual, couples, and group counseling are available.
The pro familia counselling center Bremen-North offers various informational materials as well as, upon request, tailored lectures, workshops and projects on various topics such as:
- Childhood sexuality
- Sex education for school classes and other groups
- Sexual health for migrants and people with a refugee background
- Sexuality & Disability
- Contraception

Consultation appointments are also possible outside of regular office hours. Hours may vary during holiday periods.
