The Mothers' Center is a social employment and education provider in the east of Bremen. We offer people in the district the opportunity to (re)enter the workforce through various support programs. Intercultural competence and diversity are our core values ​​and are an integral part of our daily work. For our "Job-Related Qualifications" project, we are looking for experienced mentors who are passionately committed to empowering our clients. In this ESF-funded project, you will support women and men with family responsibilities, with and without (recognized) professional qualifications, in their social participation and entry into the workforce.   • Individual advice and support for the integration of participants into a new
    employment relationship or into vocational training/qualification
  • Potential analysis and realistic assessment of employment prospects and qualification needs,
    as well as employment commensurate with education level.
  • Networking with companies and in the social sphere
  • Documentation for billing and evaluation

    profile
  • Completed studies as a social worker (or comparable qualification)
  • Experience in supporting unemployed people and in systemic counseling
  • Passion in accompanying people
  • Excellent social and communication skills with a pronounced intercultural sensitivity
  • Experience in networking
  • Knowledge of the integration infrastructure and funding opportunities
  • Organizational skills, initiative, and an independent work style

    are beneficial.
  • Remuneration based on the TV-L (Collective Agreement for Public Service Employees in the German States)
  • 30 vacation days per year plus Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve
