This working group includes employees of the low-threshold support system who, on the one hand, deal with issues of gender-specific violence against women* and girls* in their daily work, but on the other hand, do not primarily work on this topic, but for example in a family center, a debt counselling center or in neighborhood management.
- How much of the so-called "dark figure" of violence against women and girls is actually known to staff in low-threshold support services?
- What information do staff working in low-threshold support services need about the support system? Are there knowledge gaps, and how can these be filled? What do staff members want (training courses? brochures? networks? addresses?)
- Given limited time and energy resources, how can knowledge and support be effectively provided FOR the staff of the support system?
- What questions arise for them? For example, legal, professional, trauma-related pedagogical questions? Do all individuals know how they can/want to/should/must/must address certain topics?
- Is referral to the support system always relatively easy, and if not: what are the reasons for this and what needs exist?
- Are there any stressful situations arising from these issues, and how could they be alleviated?
