The focus of the network “Health Equity Bremen North (GCBN)” is to promote cross-sectoral exchange in the WiN areas in Bremen North and to develop interventions and strategies that have a positive impact on the health development of Bremen North.
Each network meeting is dedicated to a specific overarching theme (for example, mental health or media consumption), which resulted from the needs assessment conducted at the kick-off event.
