Professional exchange on the topic of domestic violence, as well as the establishment of collaborations.
The working group on domestic violence already existed in the past. It emerged from the former working group "Health" in Lüssum and met twice a year from 2013 to 2020. The contact person at that time was Ilka Krüner-Reuß from the "House of the Family" in Lüssum, who led the working group together with the then social area coordinator.
The working group was discontinued due to the Corona pandemic and personnel changes. At the last network meeting "Health Equity Bremen-North" in September 2024, the topic of domestic violence was discussed, and the need to restart the working group became clear.
The working group will henceforth be led by the health professionals in the district (mainly Eda Kara-Rexhepi, health professional in Lüssum and Blumenthal) and the social space coordinator Dagmar Kutzer.
