Professional development for teaching staff at all-day primary schools

When conflicts arise in the schoolyard, classroom, or group setting, pedagogical sensitivity is required. Conflicts are part of everyday life for children in primary school – and at the same time offer important opportunities to develop social skills, change perspectives, and find solutions together.

This practical training course will teach you how to professionally and solution-oriented support children in various conflict situations. You will learn fundamental conflict theories and effective methods, try them out in practice, and reflect on your own experiences from your everyday teaching practice. This will give you greater confidence in dealing with conflicts and provide you with concrete ideas and strategies that can be directly implemented in your all-day school setting.
