Continuing education in communication within youth services

• Design different conversation situations in a linguistically variable and audience-appropriate manner (conversations with young people, parents, guardians, legal representatives, colleagues, institutions and authorities)
• Write down important information (notices, work emails, handover notes)
• Read and understand job-specific texts (regulations, etc.)
