This practice-oriented seminar focuses on neurodivergence in educational work with children and adolescents and their families.
Using various case studies, we will explore specific themes, challenges, perspectives, and potential that we encounter when working with neurodivergent children and adolescents. Personal exchange and working with participants' own practical examples are central to the training and can also be used for supervision. Therefore, please feel free to bring your own case studies.

- if you have language skills at level B2 or higher

- Fundamentals, history of the neurodiversity movement, correctly classifying technical terms, ADHD
- Learning about other neurodivergent presentations and suitable educational support in everyday professional life
- Apply learned content to practical case studies, select methods precisely, and support the individuality of the children in a strengths-oriented manner
