Professional development for pedagogical staff in crèche, kindergarten and childminding
Accompany children's individual development paths with sensitivity, recognize resources and actively shape participation.
From birth, children exhibit diverse interests, modes of expression, needs, and developmental trajectories. Early childhood professionals in nurseries, kindergartens, and childminding settings encounter a wide range of perceptions, ways of thinking, and behaviors. This diversity is valuable – it challenges, enriches daily practice, and invites the discovery of new perspectives. This professional development course provides you with an understanding of neurodivergence as an expression of human diversity. In addition to developmental psychology expertise and practical insights, it offers opportunities for reflection, peer exchange, and concrete implementation strategies – with a focus on children, families, teams, and networks.
