To better understand early childhood neurodivergence, provide sensitive support and act professionally: This training offers you a sound introduction to the topic of AD(H)D in early childhood.
They will explore the causes, manifestations, and early warning signs of child abuse while reflecting on their own pedagogical approach. The focus will be on how to provide strengths-based support and targeted guidance to affected children in their daily lives. Furthermore, they will receive practical guidance on handling suspected cases: from sensitively developing collaborations with parents/guardians to integrating helpful networks and contacts.
A training course that combines knowledge, attitude and confidence in action – for more clarity and competence in everyday educational practice.

Requirements for participation
You can participate in the training course…
- if you work as an educational professional in a daycare center, nursery or childminding service with children aged 0 to 6 years.
You have the option of booking this training course as educational leave. The course is recognized under the Bremen Educational Leave Act of December 18, 1974 (Bremen Law Gazette, p. 348 – as amended). To take educational leave in Bremen, you can proceed as follows:
- You apply for educational leave from your employer for this training course.
- On our registration form, please indicate that you are booking this training course as educational leave and have applied for it with your employer. You will then receive a registration confirmation from us specifying the educational leave to submit to your employer.
- Your employer will approve your educational leave.
- After the training event, you will receive a certificate of participation, which you can present to your employer as proof.
