Doublethinker

Around 90 "double thinkers" are visiting over twenty primary schools in Bremen to discover the world of numbers with first and second graders.

The focus is not on cramming and rote learning, but on the enjoyment of mathematics. Both adults and children can learn from each other here. Hence the name "Double Thinker".

Frank Mayer is responsible for four volunteer programs: Reading Time, Double Thinkers, Arrival Mentorships, and the Day of Caring. Currently, over 400 volunteers in Reading Time and Double Thinkers work as reading and math tutors in more than 50 primary schools in Bremen. Frank Mayer is the only one who oversees this dedicated and vibrant group.
